Sean Abernathy

I spent almost 10 years in higher ed as an athletic director and as a college professor in both English and Western Civ. I’ve worked at Gadsden State, Snead State, Calhoun Community College, UAH, and UAB. I finished my doctorate at UA in 2014. At Susan Moore High School, I was the Veterans of Foreign Affairs Teacher of the Year in 2017, and I have done class development consulting work for UA. I have 3 beautiful children and the most wonderful wife God ever put on the planet.
